The variable temperature dial heats up to 300 degrees F and allows the smoker to be used as a barbeque or oven. Wood chip pan with slotted lid increases smoke production. A separate water pan maintains moisture for smoky deliciousness every time. Removable drip pan makes clean up easier. Side handles make it easy to move and 6" legs keep it elevated so you can fill it up or clean it up without much effort. Includes 5 S hooks for sausage hanging. Cooking racks 14" x 14".
